It really is…pictures don’t do it justice and I don’t know how to display them properly:( Anyway, it’s beautiful but the weather is mostly sucking:( Reminds me some of Seattle.

LA, with those few photos you’ve done a fabulous job of showing us the varied and beautiful land of which you write. Thank you so much. Tagging along with you is fun. Like being around you in person, we’re not sure what to expect next.
P.S. Those sheep are well ready to be sheared, a great illustration of the flip of the seasons down there. Also, I failed to mention that I enjoyed seeing Leo too. He was 2nd after Pilar.

Thanks Rex but honestly the photos do’t begin to do it justice…you know how that is, you had to have been there:) How could you fail to mention Leo…I am missing him like crazy and what is even crazier is I’m missing Robert more than that. Who knew?

I am having a great time Cheryl:) I have also gained at least 5 pounds. I’m not sure why but I definitely need to get in to an exercise routine…which is hard when you have no private space:) You know we wouldn’t be walking in the cold anyway:) If I come up with a great plan I’ll let you know!

Hi Cindy! the photos don’t do it justice…wish I could figure out a better way to format them but for now it will have to do. Maybe when I hook up with my son in Japan he can help me:) I did download The Flamenco Academy and will start reading it soon. Thanks!

Hi Joan! Yummm…mousaka:) I had some a few days ago in Wellington and thought of you…not as good as what we had though:) Did your mom like Germany? Weather here has been crap also:( Definitely something out of our control, next I head to Japan where they are having winter…I swear I thought I was following summer:) Kyle and I are going to Taiwan for a week and then I hit Bali, Cambodia and Viet Nam so I am thinking I will find my heat again soon! Merry Christmas to you and yours. By the way, saw you rockin it on facebook…y’all can dance:)

Hi Nicole! I can’t believe my family is making you eat meat:( Of course it sounds like you were the supplier:) So, yeah, forget abouot Robert and vegies. I’ve been trying that for years…it’s just not gonna happen. If you buy vegetables just make sure you are there to eat them or else they will turn into goo in the refrigerator or as soon as you turn your back Robert will throw them out claiming they had gone bad:)
I also love Kahlil Gibran and that qoute is awesome! Thanks…I needed that today:) So if you were to meet me somewhere in January that would be awesome! Right now my plan is Japan for two weeks and then Kyle and I are in Taiwan for a week. I leave Taiwan on January 9th and fly to Denspar Bali (Kyle will go back to Japan that same day). I plan on spending one week in Bali, one week in Cambodia and one week in Viet Nam…then on February 1st I fly to Delhi India to meet my sisters. So far the only way I have talked to anyone is viber and facetime when I have internet. For the next three days I plan on being in Tauranga and am supposed to have internet…Maybe we can figure out a time that works and you can use Robert or Garrett’s phone with viber and/or facetime.

Hi Joyce! I’m in Hobbit country right now but am too cheap to pay the $110 to take the tour:) I really did want to see a hobbit house though:( Love those books back when I was in college…of course I loved everything back then:) Hopefully one of these hours I will figure out how to display photos better…maybe Kyle can help me with that (wait I think I can hear him grumbling in Japan:) The pictures really don’t do it justice though, it’s gorgeous here. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
